Supplementary Provisions, Article 8Transitional Measures Concerning the Duty of Confidentiality
第八条（守秘義務に関する経過措置）
With regard to the duty of a person who was the chairperson, a commissioner or an official of the secretariat of the Specific Personal Information Protection Commission not to divulge or misappropriate any secret learned in the course of their duties, the provisions then in force continue to govern even on and after the item (ii) effective date.
特定個人情報保護委員会の委員長、委員又は事務局の職員であった者に係るその職務上知ることのできた秘密を漏らし、又は盗用してはならない義務については、第二号施行日以後も、なお従前の例による。
