第二十四条（処分、手続等に関する経過措置）
A disposition, procedure or other act done under the provisions of the respective Acts before their repeal or amendment under the provisions of this Act, for which there is a corresponding provision in this Act or in the respective Acts as amended under the provisions of this Act, is, except as otherwise provided in these Supplementary Provisions, deemed to have been done under the corresponding provision of this Act or of the respective Acts as amended by this Act.
この法律の規定による廃止又は改正前のそれぞれの法律の規定によってした処分、手続その他の行為であって、この法律又はこの法律の規定による改正後のそれぞれの法律の規定に相当の規定があるものは、この附則に別段の定めがあるものを除き、この法律又はこの法律の規定による改正後のそれぞれの法律の相当の規定によってしたものとみなす。
