Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the date prescribed in each item:
この法律は、公布の日から起算して六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions amending Article 3 (excluding the part replacing "Management Organization for Postal Savings and Postal Life Insurance, Independent Administrative Agency" with "Organization for Postal Savings, Postal Life Insurance and Post Office Network, Independent Administrative Agency"), the provisions amending Article 6, paragraph (2), the provisions amending Article 9, paragraph (1), the provisions amending Article 10, the provisions amending Article 13, paragraph (1), the provisions amending Article 14, paragraph (2) and the provisions amending paragraph (3) of that Article, the provisions adding one item to Article 19, the provisions amending Article 25, the provisions amending Article 26, and the provisions adding one Article after Article 32, as well as the provisions amending Article 2, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions of Article 3, Article 12 (excluding the part replacing "the Act on the Management Organization for Postal Savings and Postal Life Insurance, Independent Administrative Agency as amended by the provisions of Article 4 (" with "the Act on the Organization for Postal Savings, Postal Life Insurance and Post Office Network, Independent Administrative Agency (Act No. 101 of 2005;" in the provisions amending Article 19, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Postal Service Privatization Act, etc., and Other Matters (Act No. 30 of 2012)) and Article 13 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding three months from the date of promulgation;
第三条の改正規定（「独立行政法人郵便貯金・簡易生命保険管理機構」を「独立行政法人郵便貯金簡易生命保険管理・郵便局ネットワーク支援機構」に改める部分を除く。）、第六条第二項の改正規定、第九条第一項の改正規定、第十条の改正規定、第十三条第一項の改正規定、第十四条第二項の改正規定及び同条第三項の改正規定、第十九条に一号を加える改正規定、第二十五条の改正規定、第二十六条の改正規定並びに第三十二条の次に一条を加える改正規定並びに附則第二条第三項の改正規定並びに附則第三条、第十二条（郵政民営化法等の一部を改正する等の法律（平成二十四年法律第三十号）附則第十九条第一項第一号の改正規定中「第四条の規定による改正後の独立行政法人郵便貯金・簡易生命保険管理機構法（」を「独立行政法人郵便貯金簡易生命保険管理・郵便局ネットワーク支援機構法（平成十七年法律第百一号。」に改める部分を除く。）及び第十三条の規定 公布の日から起算して三月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日

Supplementary Provisions, Article 13Delegation to Cabinet Order
第十三条（政令への委任）
In addition to what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, the transitional measures necessary in connection with the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に関して必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
