If the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Act on Regulation of Money Lending Business, etc., etc. (Act No. 115 of 2006) comes after the Partial Effective Date, for the application of Article 2, paragraph (2), items (xxvii) and (xxviii) during the period up to the day before the date of enforcement of that Act, the phrase "Money Lending Business Act" in those provisions is deemed to be replaced with "Act on Regulation of Money Lending Business, etc.".
