Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding two years from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 3 and the provisions of Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して二年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、第三条の改正規定及び附則第三条の規定は、公布の日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
第二条（経過措置）
The provisions of Article 8 as amended by this Act apply to transactions conducted on or after the date this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), and the provisions then in force continue to govern transactions conducted before the Effective Date.
この法律による改正後の第八条の規定は、この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）以後に行われる取引について適用し、施行日前に行われた取引については、なお従前の例による。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Delegation to Cabinet Order
第三条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in the preceding Article, the transitional measures necessary for the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
前条に定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Adjustment Provisions
第四条（調整規定）
If the Effective Date is before the date of enforcement of the Act on the Arrangement of Related Acts upon the Enforcement of the Administrative Complaint Review Act (Act No. 69 of 2014), the phrase "Article 21, paragraph (8)" in the provisions amending Article 21, paragraph (8) of the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds, out of Article 18 of that Act, is deemed to be replaced with "Article 22, paragraph (8)".
施行日が行政不服審査法の施行に伴う関係法律の整備等に関する法律（平成二十六年法律第六十九号）の施行の日前である場合には、同法第十八条のうち犯罪による収益の移転防止に関する法律第二十一条第八項の改正規定中「第二十一条第八項」とあるのは、「第二十二条第八項」とする。
