附 則
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2020; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the days specified in those items.
この法律は、令和二年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

the provision in Article 3 revising the table of contents of the National Land Survey Act (excluding the part replacing "Article 34-2" with "Article 34-3"), the provision revising the title of Chapter IV of that Act, the provision revising Article 17 of that Act, the provision revising the caption of Article 19 of that Act, the provisions revising paragraphs (1) and (2) of that Article, the provision revising Article 20 of that Act (including its caption), the provision revising Article 21 of that Act (including its caption), the provision in Chapter IV of that Act adding one Article after Article 21, and the provision revising Article 34-2 of that Act and renumbering that Article as Article 34-3 in Chapter V of that Act (limited to the part revising Article 34-2 of that Act), and the provisions of Article 4 and paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation.
