This Act comes into effect as of the day specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 127 of the Real Property Registration Act as amended (hereinafter referred to as "the new Act") and Article 4, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of the date of enforcement of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information Held by Administrative Organs (April 1, 2005) or the date of enforcement of this Act, whichever comes later.
