If necessary, a temporary administrator may appoint one or more temporary administrator representatives on their own responsibility, in order to have them perform their duties.
保全管理人は、必要があるときは、その職務を行わせるため、自己の責任で一人又は数人の保全管理人代理を選任することができる。
The appointment of a temporary administrator representative under the provisions of the preceding paragraph requires a permission of the court.
前項の規定による保全管理人代理の選任については、裁判所の許可を得なければならない。
