Article 94Temporary Administrator's Duty to Report upon Termination of Duties
第九十四条（保全管理人の任務終了の場合の報告義務）
Upon the termination of their duties a temporary administrator must make a report of account to the court in writing without delay.
保全管理人の任務が終了した場合には、保全管理人は、遅滞なく、裁判所に書面による計算の報告をしなければならない。
In the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, if there is a vacancy in the office of a temporary administrator, the report of account stated in the same paragraph must, notwithstanding the provisions of that paragraph, be submitted by a successor temporary administrator or a bankruptcy trustee.
