A bankruptcy trustee may receive advance payments of expenses and remuneration determined by the court.
破産管財人は、費用の前払及び裁判所が定める報酬を受けることができる。
An immediate appeal may be filed against an order made pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
前項の規定による決定に対しては、即時抗告をすることができる。
The provisions of the preceding two paragraphs apply mutatis mutandis to a bankruptcy trustee representative.
前二項の規定は、破産管財人代理について準用する。
