Article 26Public Notice and Service Concerning Comprehensive Stay Order

If a comprehensive stay order and an order to change or reverse this order are made, the court must give a public notice to that effect, serve the written judgment on the debtor (or on the temporary administrator if a temporary administrator is appointed; the same applies in the following paragraph) and the petitioner, and also notify the known creditors and the debtor (limited to the case in which a temporary administrator is appointed) of the main text of the order.

A comprehensive stay order and an order to change or reverse this order become effective from the time when the written judgment is served upon the debtor.

If a judicial decision on the immediate appeal stated in paragraph (6) of the preceding Article (excluding an order to change or reverse a comprehensive stay order) is made, the written judgment must be served upon the parties.
