When making a request for avoidance, the requester must make a prima facie showing of the fact constituting the grounds for avoidance.
否認の請求をするときは、その原因となる事実を疎明しなければならない。
A judicial decision to uphold a request for avoidance or dismiss the request must be made by an order with its reason.
否認の請求を認容し、又はこれを棄却する裁判は、理由を付した決定でしなければならない。
The court must interrogate the other party or any subsequent acquirer when making an order referred to in the preceding paragraph.
