A right of avoidance is exercised by a bankruptcy trustee by filing an action, making a request for avoidance, or filing a defense.
否認権は、訴え、否認の請求又は抗弁によって、破産管財人が行使する。
The action and case of request for avoidance referred to in the preceding paragraph are subject to the jurisdiction of the bankruptcy court.
