Supplementary Provisions, Article 5
第五条
If matters corresponding to those that must be notified to the identifiable person or made readily accessible to the identifiable person under Article 23, paragraph (5), item (iii) have been notified to the identifiable person before the enforcement of this Act, that notification is deemed to have been made under that item.
第二十三条第五項第三号の規定により本人に通知し、又は本人が容易に知り得る状態に置かなければならない事項に相当する事項について、この法律の施行前に、本人に通知されているときは、当該通知は、同号の規定により行われたものとみなす。
