第三条
A person who, at the time this Act comes into effect, has been designated under the provisions of Article 13, paragraph (1) of the Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail prior to amendment by this Act (referred to as "the former Act" in the following Article) is deemed to have obtained the registration under Article 14, paragraph (1) of the new Act until the day on which six months have elapsed, counting from the date on which this Act comes into effect.
