When sending specified electronic mail, a sender must, as specified by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and Cabinet Office Order, ensure that the following matters (excluding, in the case specified by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and Cabinet Office Order referred to in the proviso to paragraph (3) of the preceding Article, the matter set forth in item (ii)) are correctly displayed on the screen of the communications terminal used by the person who receives it:
the name of the sender (or, in the case where there is an entrusting party with respect to the sending of the electronic mail, of whichever of the sender or the entrusting party is responsible for the sending);
an electronic mail address for receiving the notice referred to in the main clause of paragraph (3) of the preceding Article, or characters, numerical characters, marks, and other codes for identifying telecommunications facilities, which are specified by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and Cabinet Office Order;
other matters specified by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and Cabinet Office Order.
