Article 12Instruction and Advice to Associations of Telecommunications Carriers
第十二条（電気通信事業者の団体に対する指導及び助言）
The Minister is to endeavor to give necessary instructions and advices to a general incorporated association that conducts operations including provision of information and services contributing to prevention of disturbances upon transmission and reception of electronic mails caused by specified electronic mail, etc. for its member telecommunications carriers.
