Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Associated with the Partial Amendment of the Consumer Contract Act
第二条（消費者契約法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the term of validity of the certification of a person that holds the certification referred to in Article 13, paragraph (1) of the Consumer Contract Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 2 at the time this Act comes into effect (referred to as an "existing qualified consumer organization" in the following Article), the provisions then in force continue to govern until the date on which that term expires, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 17, paragraph (1) of the Consumer Contract Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2.
この法律の施行の際現に第二条の規定による改正前の消費者契約法第十三条第一項の認定を受けている者（次条において「既存適格消費者団体」という。）に係る当該認定の有効期間については、その満了の日までの間は、第二条の規定による改正後の消費者契約法第十七条第一項の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
