Article 48-2Delegation of Authority
第四十八条の二（権限の委任）
The Prime Minister delegates the authority pursuant to the preceding Chapter (excluding the authority prescribed by Cabinet Order) to the Commissioner of the Consumer Affairs Agency.
内閣総理大臣は、前章の規定による権限（政令で定めるものを除く。）を消費者庁長官に委任する。
