第二十九条（中小企業等経営強化法の一部改正に伴う調整規定）
If the Effective Date is before the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Act on Strengthening Industrial Competitiveness, etc. (Act No. 26 of 2018) comes into effect, in Article 20 of the Supplementary Provisions, the phrase "Article 22 of" is deemed to be replaced with "Article 20 of", the phrase "Article 22, paragraph (1), item (i)" with "Article 20, paragraph (1), item (i)", the phrase "each item of Article 22, paragraph (1)" with "each item of Article 20, paragraph (1)", and the phrase "Article 22, paragraph (2)" with "Article 20, paragraph (2)", and in item (ii) of the preceding Article, the phrase "Article 22, paragraph (1)" is deemed to be replaced with "Article 20, paragraph (1)".
施行日が産業競争力強化法等の一部を改正する法律（平成三十年法律第二十六号）の施行の日前である場合には、附則第二十条中「第二十二条の」とあるのは「第二十条の」と、「第二十二条第一項第一号」とあるのは「第二十条第一項第一号」と、「第二十二条第一項各号」とあるのは「第二十条第一項各号」と、「第二十二条第二項」とあるのは「第二十条第二項」と、前条第二号中「第二十二条第一項」とあるのは「第二十条第一項」とする。
In the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, in the provisions of Article 3 of the Act Partially Amending the Act on Strengthening Industrial Competitiveness, etc. that amend the row for Article 13, paragraph (1) and the row for Article 14, paragraph (1) in the table in Article 20, paragraph (2) of the Act on Strengthening the Management of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, etc., the phrase "the row for Article 13, paragraph (1) and the row for Article 14, paragraph (1)" is deemed to be replaced with "the row for Article 18, paragraph (1) and the row for Article 19, paragraph (1)"; in the provisions amending the row for Article 18, paragraph (1), Article 19 and Article 20, paragraph (1), item (i) in that table, the phrase "the row for Article 18, paragraph (1), Article 19 and Article 20, paragraph (1), item (i)" is deemed to be replaced with "the row for Article 23, paragraph (1), Article 24 and Article 25, paragraph (1), item (i)"; and in the provisions amending the row for Article 20, paragraph (1), item (iv), the row for Article 21, item (i), the row for Article 23, item (i) and the row for Article 23, item (ii) in that table, the phrase "the row for Article 20, paragraph (1), item (iv), the row for Article 21, item (i), the row for Article 23, item (i) and the row for Article 23, item (ii)" is deemed to be replaced with "the row for Article 32, item (ii) and the row for Article 32, item (iii)".
前項の場合において、産業競争力強化法等の一部を改正する法律第三条のうち中小企業等経営強化法第二十条第二項の表第十三条第一項の項及び第十四条第一項の項の改正規定中「第十三条第一項の項及び第十四条第一項の項」とあるのは「第十八条第一項の項及び第十九条第一項の項」と、同表第十八条第一項、第十九条及び第二十条第一項第一号の項の改正規定中「第十八条第一項、第十九条及び第二十条第一項第一号の項」とあるのは「第二十三条第一項、第二十四条及び第二十五条第一項第一号の項」と、同表第二十条第一項第四号の項、第二十一条第一号の項、第二十三条第一号の項及び第二十三条第二号の項の改正規定中「第二十条第一項第四号の項、第二十一条第一号の項、第二十三条第一号の項及び第二十三条第二号の項」とあるのは「第三十二条第二号の項及び第三十二条第三号の項」とする。
