附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2025.
この政令は、令和七年四月一日から施行する。
With regard to the following fees, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
次に掲げる手数料については、なお従前の例による。
fees relating to permission for change of status of residence in response to an application pursuant to Article 20, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Immigration Control Act" in this paragraph) filed before the Effective Date of this Cabinet Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date" in this paragraph);
fees relating to permission for extension of the period of stay in response to an application pursuant to Article 21, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control Act filed before the Effective Date;
施行日前にされた入管法第二十一条第二項の規定による申請に対する在留期間の更新の許可に係る手数料
fees relating to permission for permanent residence in response to an application pursuant to Article 22, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control Act filed before the Effective Date;
施行日前にされた入管法第二十二条第一項の規定による申請に対する永住許可に係る手数料
fees relating to permission for re-entry (including multiple re-entry) in response to an application under Article 26, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control Act filed before the Effective Date;
施行日前にされた入管法第二十六条第一項の申請に対する再入国（数次再入国を含む。）の許可に係る手数料
fees relating to the issuance of a registered user card pursuant to Article 9-2, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control Act, pertaining to a request expressing a wish to receive the recording prescribed in Article 9, paragraph (8) of the Immigration Control Act, made before the Effective Date;
施行日前にされた入管法第九条第八項に規定する記録を受けることの希望の申出に係る入管法第九条の二第一項の規定による特定登録者カードの交付に係る手数料
fees relating to the reissuance of a registered user card based on an application pursuant to Article 9-2, paragraph (7) of the Immigration Control Act filed before the Effective Date;
施行日前にされた入管法第九条の二第七項の規定による申請に基づく特定登録者カードの再交付に係る手数料
fees relating to the issuance of a certificate of authorization for employment based on an application under Article 19-2, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control Act filed before the Effective Date.
施行日前にされた入管法第十九条の二第一項の申請に基づく就労資格証明書の交付に係る手数料
