Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (hereinafter referred to in this Article and paragraph (2) of the following Article as the "Number Use Act") (January 1, 2016).
この政令は、行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律（以下この条及び次条第二項において「番号利用法」という。）附則第一条第四号に掲げる規定の施行の日（平成二十八年一月一日）から施行する。
