附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on April 1, 2019.
この政令は、平成三十一年四月一日から施行する。
With regard to fees for the issuance of a certificate of authorization for employment based on an application under Article 19-2, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to amendment by the provisions of Article 1 of the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act and the Act for Establishment of the Ministry of Justice (hereinafter referred to as the "Immigration Control Act Amendment Act") (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Immigration Control Act") filed prior to the date of enforcement of this Cabinet Order (hereinafter referred to as "the Effective Date"), and fees for the issuance of a residence card under the provisions of Article 19-10, paragraph (2) of the New Immigration Control Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 19-13, paragraph (4) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act after amendment by the provisions of Article 1 of the Immigration Control Act Amendment Act (hereinafter referred to as the "New Immigration Control Act") based on an application under the provisions of the second sentence of Article 19-13, paragraph (1) of the Former Immigration Control Act filed prior to the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この政令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前にされた出入国管理及び難民認定法及び法務省設置法の一部を改正する法律（以下「入管法等改正法」という。）第一条の規定による改正前の出入国管理及び難民認定法（以下「旧入管法」という。）第十九条の二第一項の申請に基づく就労資格証明書の交付に係る手数料及び施行日前にされた旧入管法第十九条の十三第一項後段の規定による申請に基づく入管法等改正法第一条の規定による改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法（以下「新入管法」という。）第十九条の十三第四項において準用する新入管法第十九条の十第二項の規定による在留カードの交付に係る手数料については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to fees for the issuance of a special permanent resident certificate under the provisions of Article 11, paragraph (2) of the New Special Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 14, paragraph (4) of the Special Act on the Immigration Control of, inter alia, those who have lost Japanese Nationality pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan after amendment by the provisions of Article 13 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Immigration Control Act Amendment Act (hereinafter referred to as the "New Special Act") based on an application under the provisions of the latter part of Article 14, paragraph (1) of the Special Act on the Immigration Control of, inter alia, those who have lost Japanese Nationality pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan (Act No. 71 of 1991) prior to amendment by the provisions of Article 13 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Immigration Control Act Amendment Act filed prior to the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
