第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the Amending Act (July 9, 2012).
この政令は、改正法施行日（平成二十四年七月九日）から施行する。

第二条（経過措置）
With regard to fees for the issuance of a certificate of authorization for employment based on an application under Article 19-2, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act filed prior to the date of enforcement of this Cabinet Order, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この政令の施行の日前にされた出入国管理及び難民認定法第十九条の二第一項の申請に基づく就労資格証明書の交付に係る手数料については、なお従前の例による。
