Article 81Mutatis Mutandis Application to Security under Other Laws and Regulations
第八十一条（他の法令による担保への準用）
The provisions of Article 75, paragraphs (4), (5), and (7) and Articles 76 through the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to any security that is required to be provided pursuant to other laws and regulations for the filing of an action.
第七十五条第四項、第五項及び第七項並びに第七十六条から前条までの規定は、他の法令により訴えの提起について立てるべき担保について準用する。
