If a party does not appear for a court date or does not submit a brief or offer evidence within the time frame specified pursuant to the provisions of Article 162, paragraph (1), the court may close preliminary oral arguments.
当事者が期日に出頭せず、又は第百六十二条第一項の規定により定められた期間内に準備書面の提出若しくは証拠の申出をしないときは、裁判所は、準備的口頭弁論を終了することができる。
