第二条（公示送達等の方法に関する経過措置）
The provisions of the following laws apply to service by publication, service or notice given on or after the date on which the provisions set forth in item (ii) of the preceding Article come into effect, and with regard to service by publication, service or notice given before that date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
次に掲げる法律の規定は、前条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日以後にする公示送達、送達又は通知について適用し、同日前にした公示送達、送達又は通知については、なお従前の例による。
