第十二条（検討）
The Government, with a target of five years after this Act comes into effect, is to take into account changes in circumstances such as the state of enforcement of the provisions of the new Childcare and Caregiver Leave Act, the state of supply of and demand for childcare, the state of male workers' taking of childcare leave, the state of female workers' employment after childcare leave, and other circumstances, review the provisions of the new Childcare and Caregiver Leave Act, and, when it finds this necessary, take the required measures based on the results of that review.
