The government is to review the provisions of the Companies Act (Act No. 86 of 2005) and the Act on General Incorporated Associations and General Incorporated Foundations (Act No. 48 of 2006) that restrict the qualifications of officers of corporations on the grounds of their being adult wards or persons under curatorship, aiming to do so within one year after the promulgation of this Act, and, based on the results of that review, is to take necessary legislative measures, including the deletion of those provisions.
