With regard to the revocation of a license or an order for the suspension of business against a person that, at the time the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect, holds a license under the provisions of the Worker Dispatching Act prior to its amendment by Article 5, the provisions then in force continue to govern as regards grounds that arose before the provisions set forth in that item come into effect.
