第三十一条（調整規定）
If the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Act on Securing the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Businesses and Improving the Working Conditions of Dispatched Workers, etc. (referred to as the "Worker Dispatching Act, etc. Partial Amendment Act" in the following paragraph) comes into effect falls before the date on which this Act comes into effect, the phrase "Act on Securing the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Businesses and Improving the Working Conditions of Dispatched Workers" in Article 4, item (iv) and Article 5, item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions is deemed to be replaced with "Act on Ensuring the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Services and Protecting Dispatched Workers", and the provisions of the preceding Article do not apply.
労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の就業条件の整備等に関する法律等の一部を改正する法律（次項において「労働者派遣法等一部改正法」という。）の施行の日がこの法律の施行の日前である場合には、附則第四条第四号及び第五条第四号中「労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の就業条件の整備等に関する法律」とあるのは、「労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の保護等に関する法律」とし、前条の規定は、適用しない。
If the date on which the Worker Dispatching Act, etc. Partial Amendment Act comes into effect falls before the date on which the provisions listed in Article 1, item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect (excluding the case prescribed in the preceding paragraph), the phrase "Act on Securing the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Businesses and Improving the Working Conditions of Dispatched Workers" in Article 5, item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions is deemed to be replaced with "Act on Ensuring the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Services and Protecting Dispatched Workers".
労働者派遣法等一部改正法の施行の日が附則第一条第一号に掲げる規定の施行の日前である場合（前項に規定する場合を除く。）には、附則第五条第四号中「労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の就業条件の整備等に関する法律」とあるのは、「労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の保護等に関する法律」とする。
