Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Concerning License Revocation, etc. for General Worker Dispatching Services
第四条（一般労働者派遣事業の許可の取消し等に関する経過措置）
With regard to the revocation of a license, an order for the discontinuance of business, or an order for the suspension of business against a person that, at the time this Act comes into effect, is engaged in worker dispatching services having obtained a license or having submitted a written notification under the provisions of the Act on Securing the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Businesses and Improving the Working Conditions of Dispatched Workers prior to its amendment by the provisions of Article 1 or the Act on Employment Security of Elderly Persons prior to its amendment by the provisions of Article 4 (referred to as the "former Act on Employment Security of Elderly Persons" in Article 7 of the Supplementary Provisions), the provisions then in force continue to govern with respect to grounds that arose before this Act comes into effect.
この法律の施行の際現に第一条の規定による改正前の労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の就業条件の整備等に関する法律又は第四条の規定による改正前の高年齢者等の雇用の安定等に関する法律（附則第七条において「旧高年齢者等雇用安定法」という。）の規定により許可を受けて、又は届出書を提出して労働者派遣事業を行っている者に対する許可の取消し若しくは事業の廃止の命令又は事業の停止の命令に関しては、この法律の施行前に生じた事由については、なお従前の例による。
