Supplementary Provisions, Article 39Adjustment Provisions Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Act on Ensuring the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Services and Protecting Dispatched Workers
第三十九条（労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の保護等に関する法律の一部改正に伴う調整規定）
If the effective date falls before the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Act on Securing the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Businesses and Improving the Working Conditions of Dispatched Workers, etc. (Act No. 27 of 2012) comes into effect, the phrase "Act on Ensuring the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Services and Protecting Dispatched Workers" in the preceding Article (including its heading) is deemed to be replaced with "Act on Securing the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Businesses and Improving the Working Conditions of Dispatched Workers", and the phrase "item (ix) of that Article" is deemed to be replaced with "item (v) of that Article".
施行日が労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の就業条件の整備等に関する法律等の一部を改正する法律（平成二十四年法律第二十七号）の施行の日前である場合には、前条（見出しを含む。）中「労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の保護等に関する法律」とあるのは「労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の就業条件の整備等に関する法律」と、「同条第九号」とあるのは「同条第五号」とする。
