Supplementary Provisions, Article 9Transitional Measures Concerning License Certificates for General Worker Dispatching Services
第九条（一般労働者派遣事業の許可証に関する経過措置）
A license certificate that, at the time this Act comes into effect, a person has been issued under the provisions of Article 8, paragraph (1) of the former Worker Dispatching Act is deemed to be a license certificate issued under the provisions of Article 8, paragraph (1) of the new Worker Dispatching Act.
この法律の施行の際現に旧労働者派遣法第八条第一項の規定により交付を受けている許可証は、新労働者派遣法第八条第一項の規定により交付を受けた許可証とみなす。
