第四十二条（検討）
Within five years after this Act comes into effect, the government is to review the implementation status of the provisions amended by this Act, and take the required measures based on the results of the review if it finds this to be necessary.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年以内に、この法律による改正後の規定の実施状況について検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
