Supplementary Provisions, Article 7Transitional Measures on Application of Penal Provisions
第七条（罰則の適用に関する経過措置）
Prior laws continue to govern the applicability of penal provisions to acts which a person has committed before the effective date, as well as to acts which a person commits on or after the effective date for which prior laws are to remain in force pursuant to these Supplementary Provisions.
施行日前にした行為及びこの附則の規定によりなおその効力を有することとされる場合における施行日以後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
