If any person finds it to be likely that the fairness of specified commercial transactions or the interests of a purchaser or other person will be prejudiced, the person may notify the competent minister to that effect and ask that appropriate measures be taken.
何人も、特定商取引の公正及び購入者等の利益が害されるおそれがあると認めるときは、主務大臣に対し、その旨を申し出て、適当な措置をとるべきことを求めることができる。
Upon being notified as under the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the competent minister must conduct the necessary investigations and take measures under this Act or any other appropriate measures if the minister finds the details the minister has been notified of to be true.
主務大臣は、前項の規定による申出があつたときは、必要な調査を行い、その申出の内容が事実であると認めるときは、この法律に基づく措置その他適当な措置をとらなければならない。
