When a seller or a service provider seeks to conduct door-to-door sales, prior to solicitation, the seller or the service provider must clearly indicate to the other party the name of the seller or the service provider, the fact that the purpose is to solicit the person to enter into a sales contract or a service contract, and the type of goods, rights, or services connected with the solicitation.
