A person falling under any of the following items is punished by a fine of not more than 300,000 yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、三十万円以下の罰金に処する。
a person that has failed to give notification or has given false notification, in violation of the provisions of Article 27, paragraph (1);
第二十七条第一項の規定に違反して届出をせず、又は虚偽の届出をした者
a person that has failed to give notification under the provisions of Article 28, paragraph (1) or that has given false notification;
第二十八条第一項の規定による届出をせず、又は虚偽の届出をした者
a person that has failed to submit a report under the provisions of Article 34, paragraph (1) or that has submitted a false report, a person that has failed to answer, or has given a false statement in response to a question asked by the relevant personnel under the provisions of the same paragraph, or a person that has refused, obstructed, or evaded an inspection under the provisions of the same paragraph; or
a person that has failed to submit a report under the provisions of Article 36, paragraph (2) or that has submitted a false report.
第三十六条第二項の規定による報告をせず、又は虚偽の報告をした者
If a representative of a corporation, or an agent, employee, or other worker of a corporation or individual, commits a violation referred to in the preceding paragraph in connection with the operations of the corporation or individual, in addition to the offender being subject to punishment, the corporation or individual is subject to the punishment referred to in the same paragraph.
