②The provisions of Article 9, paragraph (1) of the Child Rearing Allowance Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article (limited to the part pertaining to item (ii) of that Article), Article 6 of the Act on Special Child Rearing Allowance as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article (limited to the part pertaining to item (iii) of that Article), and Article 9 of the Act on Provision of Special Disability Benefit to Specified Persons with Disabilities as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article (limited to the part pertaining to item (vi) of that Article) apply, respectively, to restrictions on payment of Child Rearing Allowance under the provisions of the Child Rearing Allowance Act, special child rearing allowance under the provisions of the Act on Special Child Rearing Allowance, and special disability benefit under the provisions of the Act on Provision of Special Disability Benefit to Specified Persons with Disabilities (hereinafter in this paragraph referred to as "Child Rearing Allowance, etc.") for the months on or after August 2019, and the provisions then in force continue to govern restrictions on payment of Child Rearing Allowance, etc. for the months on or before July of that year.
