第二条（経過措置）
With regard to the amount of Child Rearing Allowance for the months on or before July 2016, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成二十八年七月以前の月分の児童扶養手当の額については、なお従前の例による。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Delegation to Cabinet Order
第三条（政令への委任）
Beyond as provided in the preceding Article, any transitional measures necessary for enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
前条に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に伴い必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
