Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date

一the provisions of Articles 1 through 4, the provisions of Article 7 (limited to the provisions amending Article 3 and Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 92 of 1973; hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 92"), the provisions deleting Article 6-2 of those Supplementary Provisions, the provisions amending Article 8, Article 10 and Article 22 of those Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions deleting Article 22-2 of those Supplementary Provisions), and the provisions of the following Article through Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions, Articles 24 through 27 of the Supplementary Provisions, and Articles 34 through 36 of the Supplementary Provisions: August 1, 1976;
