第三条（児童扶養手当法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the amount of Child Rearing Allowance for the months on or before August 1974, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
昭和四十九年八月以前の月分の児童扶養手当の額については、なお従前の例による。
If a person who is actually caring for or raising, as of September 1, 1974, a person newly made a child prescribed in Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Child Rearing Allowance Act by the amendment of that Act by this Act receives certification on a claim for certification under Article 6, paragraph (1) or Article 8, paragraph (1) of that Act made during that month, payment of Child Rearing Allowance to that person or the revision of its amount is to be made from that month, notwithstanding Article 7, paragraph (1) or Article 8, paragraph (1) of that Act.
