Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 1 amending Article 48, Article 53, Article 60, Articles 63 through 65, Article 76-3, Article 82 and Article 84 of the Basic Act on Disaster Management, the provisions amending Article 113 of that Act (limited to the part replacing "50,000 yen" with "300,000 yen"), the provisions amending Article 114 of that Act, the provisions amending Article 115 of that Act (limited to the part replacing "30,000 yen" with "200,000 yen"), and the provisions amending Article 116 of that Act, the provisions of Article 2 amending Article 26 of the Act on Special Measures Concerning Countermeasures for Large-Scale Earthquakes, the provisions amending Article 36 of that Act (limited to the part replacing "200,000 yen" with "300,000 yen"), the provisions amending Article 37 of that Act, the provisions amending Article 38 of that Act (limited to the part replacing "100,000 yen" with "200,000 yen") and the provisions amending Article 39 of that Act, and the provisions of the following Article come into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding three months from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第一条中災害対策基本法第四十八条、第五十三条、第六十条、第六十三条から第六十五条まで、第七十六条の三、第八十二条及び第八十四条の改正規定、同法第百十三条の改正規定（「五万円」を「三十万円」に改める部分に限る。）、同法第百十四条の改正規定、同法第百十五条の改正規定（「三万円」を「二十万円」に改める部分に限る。）並びに同法第百十六条の改正規定、第二条中大規模地震対策特別措置法第二十六条の改正規定、同法第三十六条の改正規定（「二十万円」を「三十万円」に改める部分に限る。）、同法第三十七条の改正規定、同法第三十八条の改正規定（「十万円」を「二十万円」に改める部分に限る。）及び同法第三十九条の改正規定並びに次条の規定は、公布の日から三月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
