Article 110Application of this Act to a Special Ward
第百十条（特別区についてのこの法律の適用）
With regards to the application of this Act, a special ward is deemed to be a city.
この法律の適用については、特別区は、市とみなす。
The Prime Minister and the competent Minister may award a person who has been recognized as having distinguished themselves by their services in the work of disaster management, as provided for by Cabinet Office Order, Digital Agency Order, Disaster Management Agency Order, or Ministerial Order, respectively.

Beyond what is provided for in this Act, procedures for the implementation of this Act or other necessary matters related to this Act are prescribed by Cabinet Order.
