Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding three months from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions amending Articles 4 through 6 and the provisions of Articles 8, 9, 12, 13 and 16 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on April 1, 2004.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して三月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、第四条から第六条までの改正規定並びに附則第八条、第九条、第十二条、第十三条及び第十六条の規定は、平成十六年四月一日から施行する。
