Supplementary Provisions

一Article 2 (limited to the provision revising the table of contents of the Basic Act on Disaster Management (limited to the part replacing "Subsection 3 Transportation of Disaster Victims (Article 86-14)" with "/Subsection 3 Transportation of Disaster Victims (Article 86-14)/Subsection 4 Provision of Safety Information, etc. (Article 86-15)/", replacing "Article 86-15 to Article 86-17" with "Article 86-16 to Article 86-18", and adding "to Article 90-4" after "Article 90-2"), the provision revising Article 71, paragraph (1) of the same Act, the provision in Chapter V, Section 6 of the same Act renumbering Article 86-17 as Article 86-18, Article 86-16 as Article 86-17, and Article 86-15 as Article 86-16, the provision adding one Subsection to Chapter V, Section 5 of the same Act, and the provision adding two Articles after Article 90-2 in Chapter VII of the same Act), the provisions of Article 3, Article 5 and Article 6, and the provisions of Article 4, Article 6, Article 9, Article 10, Article 11 (limited to the provision revising Article 27, paragraph (3) of the Act on Special Measures Concerning Countermeasures for Large-Scale Earthquakes (Act No. 73 of 1978)), Article 13 (limited to the provision, in the table in Article 28, paragraph (1) of the Act on Special Measures for Responding to Nuclear Disasters (Act No. 156 of 1999), adding a row as follows after the row for Article 86, paragraphs (1) and (2), the provision revising the row for Article 90-2, paragraphs (1) and (2) in the same table, the provision revising the row for Article 86-15, paragraphs (1) and (2) in the table in Article 28, paragraph (2) of the same Act, the provision revising the row for Article 86-16 in the same table, and the provision revising the row for Article 86-17, paragraphs (1) and (2) in the same table), Article 15 (limited to the provision revising Article 86 of the Act Concerning Measures for the Protection of the People in Armed Attack Situations, etc. (Act No. 112 of 2004)), and Article 16 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation;

二The provisions of Article 2 (excluding the revising provisions set out in the preceding item) and the provisions of Article 13 of the Supplementary Provisions (excluding the revising provisions set out in that item): the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year from the date of promulgation.
