附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which 20 days have elapsed from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して二十日を経過した日から施行する。
The government is to, at an appropriate time after this Act comes into effect, examine the state of enforcement of the provisions as amended by the provisions of this Act, and if it finds it necessary, take necessary measures based on the results.
政府は、この法律の施行後適当な時期において、この法律の規定による改正後の規定の施行の状況について検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
