第二十九条（報告）

The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare and the Director of a Prefectural Labor Bureau may order employers or workers to report matters concerning wages within the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of this Act, as provided for by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

厚生労働大臣及び都道府県労働局長は、この法律の目的を達成するため必要な限度において、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、使用者又は労働者に対し、賃金に関する事項の報告をさせることができる。

wage
賃金（ちんぎん）
Everything an employer pays a worker in return for work, whatever it is called: wages, salary, allowances or bonuses.

worker
労働者（ろうどうしゃ）
A worker as defined in Article 9 of the Labor Standards Act (a person employed at a business or office and paid wages, whatever the kind of job), except a person employed at a business or office that employs only relatives living in the same household, and a domestic worker.
