Supplementary Provisions, Article 9
第九条
Beyond what is provided for in Article 5 through the preceding Article of the Supplementary Provisions, the enactment or amendment of Prefectural or Municipal Ordinances and other acts necessary for the enforcement of the National Health Insurance Act as Amended in 2018 may be carried out even before the Effective Date.
附則第五条から前条までに規定するもののほか、平成三十年改正後国保法の施行のために必要な条例の制定又は改正その他の行為は、施行日前においても行うことができる。
